A while back I received a goody bag from More Hot 100! and in the bag was a Gold by Giles lipstick. As far as I know the range is available in some New Look stores. The lipstick is quite small compared to say a MAC Lipstick but the colour really excited me!
The packaging is fairly standard, black plastic with a gold bottom and writing. I like the top of the lipstick as you can easily see what colour the lipstick is without having to open the lipstick which can be a pain when you have lots of MAC lipsticks! It does feel a little cheap but is by no means the cheapest looking make up I have seen. The lipstick is travel friendly because it is small and the lipstick is easy to apply. The colour that I received is gorgeous, it is a bright fuchsia with blue undertones.
I have no idea what the name of the colour is and have searched the internet to try and find but have been unsuccessful. The wear time is brilliant on the lipstick and this colour isn't drying at all. It provides brilliant colour pay off and is slightly glossy on application.
After looking on the internet I have learned that these lipsticks are £2.99 in New Look stores. If your in a queue next time at New Look have a look out for the make up as it's usually by the tills. I recommend you have a look out for this colour if your fancy it because it's gorgeous and fairly easy to wear!
